ブリトーハウスは2025年3月より、カナダ・バンクーバー発のハンドメイドバッグブランド「HMPL（エイチエムピーエル）」の日本代理店となりました。
このブランドとの出会いは約1年前。シンプルで洗練されたデザイン、そしてタフな作りが特徴のHMPLは、北米のバイクパッキング・シーンでも確かな評価を得ています。「The Radavist」でも紹介されるなど、その品質とスタイルは多くのライダーに支持されてきました。
これまでブリトーハウスでは個別オーダーを受けながら販売してきましたが、このたび正式に日本代理店としての展開をスタートします。まずはWALDバスケットバッグやステムバッグ、サドルバッグなど、シンプルでありながら個性が光るアイテムを中心に展開し、今後はカスタムオーダーのフレームバッグの受注も視野に入れています。
HMPLのバッグは、機能性だけでなく、持つ楽しさや「自分だけのスタイル」を感じさせてくれるアイテム。まさに「人と被らない自転車バッグとリフレクター屋さん」であるブリトーハウスのコンセプトとも相性がぴったりです。日本でも多くの方にこの魅力を知っていただき、ライフスタイルに取り入れていただけたら嬉しいです。
今後は個人のお客様への販売に加え、自転車ショップやアウトドアショップの皆さまにもご紹介し、HMPLのバッグが日本でも自然に受け入れられるような環境をつくっていきたいと考えています。

As of March 2025, Burrito House has become the official distributor in Japan for HMPL, a handmade bag brand based in Vancouver, Canada.
Our journey with HMPL began about a year ago. Known for its clean, refined designs and rugged construction, HMPL has earned solid recognition in the North American bikepacking scene. The brand has also been featured on The Radavist, and its quality and style continue to be loved by many riders.
Until now, Burrito House has offered HMPL bags through individual orders. But with this new partnership, I’m excited to officially launch as HMPL’s distributor in Japan. I’ll begin with a lineup of standout essentials—WALD basket bags, stem bags, saddle bags—each one simple yet full of character. In the near future, I also hope to accept custom frame bag orders.
HMPL bags aren’t just functional—they bring joy to carry and help express a personal style. That spirit fits perfectly with the Burrito House concept: offering bike bags and reflectors that stand out from the crowd. We’re excited to share this uniqueness with more people in Japan and hope they’ll make HMPL a part of their own lifestyle.
Going forward, in addition to individual customers, I look forward to introducing HMPL to bike shops and outdoor retailers, creating a space where the brand can be naturally embraced in Japan.
